ASE Season Kick-off Camp June 23-27 – Last Call!

A few spaces are still available for this camp which is limited to 25 athletes ages Junior E through Neo-senior and Senior.

The camp features 14.25 hours of ice over 8 sessions. 
There are 5 dryland training sessions, and 3 sessions to cover video analysis and off-ice topics. 
We will also have a group BBQ cookout and gamenight on Tuesday after training.
 
The clinic will be led by ASE Coaches, Staff and Skaters including: 
Head Short Track Coach Hongyang Wang, former Chinese National Team member and World Cup and World Championship medalist, and, 2018 US Jr World ST Team Coach;
Head Long Track Coach Eric Cepuran, former Jr World and World Cup Team member and 4-time US Jr World Long Track Team Coach, & 2016 US Speedskating Development Coach of the Year;
Appearances by:
Katherine Reutter-Adamek, 2010 Olympian and Olympic ST Silver and Bronze medalist;
Emery Lehman, 2014 & 2018 Olympian and LT Jr World medalist;
Brian Hansen, 2010, 2014, & 2018 Olympian and LT Olympic medalist, LT Jr World record holder and medalist;
Ryan Bedford, 2010 Olympian in LT and world-class ST skater.

 
The camp is $375 for all 5 days. Additional family members are $325. Single day drop in rates and discounted rates for ASE Summer and Full-time program athletes are available.
 
Lodging – There are numerous hotels in the area to choose from including the Country Inn and Suites in Brookfield, and, the Crowne Plaza in Wauwatosa, Pettit sponsors. 
 
NEW! – We also have arranged for housing at the Wisconsin International Academy, 11811 W. Bluemound Rd. Wauwatosa, WI 53226 at a rate of $80 per night. Up to 3 persons per room. Rooms include a refrigerator, air-conditioning, fresh towels daily and access to the activity center, wifi, an indoor gym and basketball court, and, outdoor basketball and tennis courts. Athletes 18 and over can stay on their own. Athletes 17 and under must stay with a family member or designated guardian who is an adult. NEW! – We are excited to put our new safety padding system to use for the first time at this camp. The system was made possible by a generous, anonymous donor who believes strongly in the effectiveness and mission of the ASE, and, is like those used now extensively in Quebec and other highly competitive areas in Canada.
